Excellence in Motion was founded by Dr. Matt Wilt, DPT in 2023. We believe in providing one-on-one care, delivered by the same Doctor of physical therapy every visit.

What to Expect

Our visits are an hour long. You will be seen one-on-one by a doctor of physical therapy every visit. You can expect a full body assessment looking at how well you move and assessing areas of strength and weakness. This helps to find the true source of your pain instead of just treating the symptoms. 

What Makes us Different?

You will always see the same provider. We will go above and beyond to ensure you get the quality care that you deserve. Our full body approach ensures that we are looking beyond your symptoms and finding the true cause of your pain. 

Do we take insurance?

Yes, you can still use your insurance. We are an out of network provider which means that we contract directly with you for payment. This is better for you because we are able to treat your specific needs without an insurance company dictating what you need. However, you can still be reimbursed from your insurance company at your out of network rate through a receipt we give you after your visit.  Here is a worksheet to help you determine what your out of network benefits are. 

Why are we Out of Network?

Being out of network allows us to focus on you and what you need, not what someone from your insurance company (who has never met you) decides we can do. This ensures that you get the best and most efficient treatment possible. 

Insurance companies typically quite paying for services once you are out of pain. However, getting out of pain is just the start. Once you are out of pain, we still need to address the root cause of your pain so that you can perform your best, and most importantly, keep your pain from coming back again.
